When I experienced acute renal failure last year, my very own nephrologists and teammates were the ones who got me through that difficult time. DaVita has not only given me purpose and fulfillment, but also moral and financial support through one of the toughest times in my adult life.
Tour DaVita Move It is so much more than an event. It's an extension of our day-to-day calling to “give life” to others. Given my newfound perspective, it felt appropriate to give back to others who have chronic diseases and leave a positive imprint on the world around me.
DaVita's 2021 beneficiary is Bridge of Life (BOL), a nonprofit organization founded by DaVita Inc., working to strengthen health care globally through sustainable programs that prevent and treat chronic disease.
I was blessed with the ability to receive and pay for the services I received last year. By supporting me, your tax-deductible donation will help to provide health care services to underserved communities across the globe that may not be that lucky.
